Frank Hobson is an experienced Consulting and Human Resources professional. A graduate of Imperial College, London, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Fellow of the Institute of Business Consulting, he has held senior personnel management posts within blue chip companies in electronics, engineering, transport, retail and pharmaceuticals.

 

Working both independently and within a major UK practice he has advised a wide range of clients in commercial, not-for-profit, government and non-governmental sectors helping clients develop and implement effective answers to a broad range of reward, organisational and HR issues.

 

His consulting work is focused on developing tailored recommendations that work for each client in their specific circumstances. An important element in achieving this is agreeing a clear definition for the work to be undertaken coupled with regular feedback throughout the assignment.

 

Frank Hobson Consulting is accredited to the Institute of Business Consultancy (IBC) recognised practice list and is an NCVO (National Council of Voluntary Organisations) approved consultant (2009).
